Assistant Director filed case on SBI not giving account of 59 crores

On behalf of the Secondary Education Office of the Haryana Education Department, the case has been registered on the Sector-8 branch of State Bank of India. In this, the education department has mentioned the amount of more than Rs 154.77 lakhs. The bank has alleged that the bank did not transfer Rs 31 crore 95 lakhs to Haryana's students' account.



When 154 million rupees was replaced with some details of 5 crores rupees changed in some years, no response was given. In the Panchkula sector-5 police station, its complaint was given by Assistant Director of Examination of Secondary Education, Sushil Sharma. In a complaint to Sushil Kumar Police, he said that in the SBI-8's SBI branch, his department deposited 154 crore 27 lakh 5700 rupees in the year 2016-2017.



After this, during the year 2016-17, 26 crore 78 lakhs 19 thousand 850 rupees from DDO account were asked to put in the accounts of the students. In the same year, Rs 5 crore 17 lakh 60 thousand rupees were asked again to be deposited in the accounts of the students, but these rupees were not deposited in students' accounts. What information about these states, how many rupees were made and what dates were put in place, this information was not given. During this period, the institute had issued instructions for 26 crore 78 lakhs 19 thousand 850 rupees, followed by 5 crore 17 lakh 60 thousand rupees and 31 crore 95 lakh 79 thousand 900 rupees.



On behalf of Sushil Kumar SBI Bank Sector-8 was asked, what is the total amount of 59 crores 57 lakh 5800 rupees? When was the amount of time when it was put, its time, the pending amount, where is the status report of these rupees. No satisfactory answer was given by the bank officials on this. Subsequently, Sushil repeatedly wrote to the branch asking for a letter- but when no response came again and again, the case has now been registered against SBI Branch Sector-8.
